Fully equipped chef's kitchen and large dining room seating for 8-10. French doors lead to a large deck with dining for 10, gas Weber BBQ,  bubbling hot tub, natural swim pond,  gardens, and picturesque dock with propane fire table. Perfect for 2-5 people/pets visiting Victoria.  Free parking, near bus stop, shops, restaurants, UVIC, Camosun, 6 minute drive to Cadboro Bay Beach-Gyro Park, and 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Connecting owner's suite downstairs with additional bedrooms (sleeps 6), a wet bar style kitchen, TV lounge area, dedicated work space with monitor, sitting room with queen sofa bed (sleeps 2), laundry room, and bathroom with shower (no tub). When the upstairs and downstairs are combined it is rented as Family Oasis @ Horner Park for 12 people.
