- The Bunkie: A reimagined garden shed (new in 2024) serving as a bright second bedroom. It features a queen bed, a cozy twin reading nook, a mini-fridge, and its own TV.
- Designer Bathroom: Located in the main cottage, featuring European tile, a vintage wall-mounted sink, and an extra-tall shower.
- Garden Living: Full access to the owner’s bountiful garden, featuring multiple dining tables, a BBQ, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation.
- Bonus: Need more room? Combine with the adjacent "Family Cottage" to sleep 12 total and open up a shared courtyard under the wisteria.

Perfect place to stay near campus. Cozy and well appointed. Lovely host.

Beautiful little gem.
We loved staying at this beautiful little gem of a cottage. We loved the super comfortable bed, the beautiful decor, and the fenced yard. The appliances were new and worked well and we really enjoyed the large shower! It was such a relaxing and easy stay for our dogs and us. Tasha & Louis were very friendly and responsive—I really appreciated the loan of a drying rack for my clothes. I’ve already recommended their properties to friends—their multiple homes, side by side, would be perfect for larger groups. Thank you for a great stay. We will be back!

I loved it! My friend who I was in town visiting also came over to enjoy it for the day! It was perfect. Wonderful for my dog as well. I will be staying there again for sure. It’s now my go to spot for visiting Victoria!Wonderful
Perfect little local get away.
My daughter and I stayed at the Guest Cottage at Horner Park while our house went on the market. It was a perfect little local get away - the cottage is adorable with excellent amenities, the location accessible and Louis and Tasha very responsive to our needs. We especially enjoyed having access to the fully fenced yard. I wish the weather had allowed us to enjoy it a bit more but, nonetheless, the hammock, BBQ and fire pit were all put to good use!

This is a lovely spot for a weekend getaway. Our hosts were very accommodating and welcoming.The suite has everything your heart desires. The backyard was great for our dogs and our friends.Thank you for making this a great weekend.

Photos don’t even do this place justice, Louis and Tasha’s place was fantastic! We have stayed in many AirBnbs and this was one of our favourites. We travelled with our 18month old and the enclosed yard and playground across the street was great to keep him entertained. We loved the veggie garden and hammock. The location is perfect with shops nearby but still a quiet neighbourhood. The place was spotless with so many little touches that we really appreciated such as phone chargers next to the bed, sparkling water and fruit left in the fridge and a fully stocked bathroom. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Victoria!

Perfection! Wonderful, friendly hosts. Very fast communication. Check in could not be easier. The cottage itself is better than the description and photos. We could easily stay here for an extended period of time. Louis and Tasha have thought of everything to make you feel right at home. The linens and bed are heavenly and a lot of thought and attention has gone into the design of the cottage. The outside space with the table for meals and the fire pit for evenings under the stars made the whole experience more special. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the morning and evening hikes up to Mt Tolmie. We can’t wait to go back!
